Orcas (killer whales) frequent the waters in and around the West coast of British Columbia, Canada. These stamps depict "spyhopping", which is when an orca rises vertically out of the water to look around. They do this for several reasons: to navigate, look for prey, check on their family pod, or out of sheer curiosity of their surroundings.
These stamps are the original artwork of the artist, and each one is hand carved and glazed on speckled stoneware pottery.
They are available in two sizes (2" x2" and 2.5"x2.5") and two options (magnet and ornament). The magnet is a strong earth magnet.
Each order is for one stamp, and may not be the exact stamp as shown in the photo.
